I’ll start in the middle where I’ve found myself learning to find the peace in every moment, and nurture my curiosity everyday through various forms of creation like our videos, e-book and newsletter. I ache for a sense of community and aim to bring unity through compassion, good food and mindful movement.
In the beginning things looked very different. I’ve had to bend, twist and weave through not-so-happy times that were ruled by confusion, stagnancy, and the illusion of constant lack. I've been constantly on the move ever since I left my hometown in Costa Rica.
In the end I hope to inspire you to pave your own path by sharing mine.
I am a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher and a 200-hour certified Ashtanga teacher. I am currently studying to become a certified Health Coach in order to help people feel supported, nourished and secure in their decisions when it comes to food.
